You'll get two plaice fillets if you order these, they are a total of 225g. Plaice fillets are very quick to cook, we usually say about 4 or 5 minutes, however you cook them. We like them dipped in beaten egg then breadcrumbs, then fried in butter and olive or rapeseed oil. The simpler the better for these lovely fillets! And we're not too proud to use oven chips, especially the fine ones called frites. Home-made fish and chips - couldn't be better!
