These are large fillets of natural smoked haddock and we remove the pin bones for you. This fish is increasingly popular with our customers. This 200g portion, which we cut ourselves from large, thick fillets, is enough for one or two, depending on how hungry you are. You can order as many or as few portions as you want, no need to order a minimum of 1kg. Cook it like traditional smoked haddock, ideally poached in milk in the microwave or on the hob. It's ideal for a Christmas breakfast, or for a tasty supper on Boxing Day when everybody is fed up with turkey - smoked haddock chowder or Cullen skink.

Some of our customers prefer traditional yellow smoked haddock, it's often called "yellow fish".
